Agreement

By downloading or using Dev Quotes, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The service

Dev Quotes provides a local, offline-first feed of developer quotes with optional personalization, streak tracking, notifications, and premium features. Features may change as the App evolves.

Subscriptions

Premium features require an active subscription purchased through the App Store. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the App lawfully and not to attempt to reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the App or its content beyond normal personal use permitted by the App Store license.

Content and attribution

Quotes included in the App are curated for inspiration and education. Attribution is provided where applicable. Quote text may be subject to copyright or attribution requirements of original authors or sources.

Custom quotes

Premium users may add their own quotes to the feed. You are responsible for the content you add and confirm you have the right to use it.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Quotes are for inspiration and general information; they are not professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tobias Ruano shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
